If I place an order today when will my order ship?


Orders placed by 12 pm will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm are shipped the next business day.  Same day shipments are subject to stock availability. 

 

Do you offer any promotions or free shipping? 

 

We have different products on sale each month. You can sign up for our mailing list on our website at www.weavernut.com. Our pricing is based on the dollar amount of the order. The more you buy, the more you save. 

 

Does Weaver Nut Company have a program for fundraisers?  

 

We have items that are prepackaged in tubs or twist bags that are great for fundraisers. You can purchase the packaged items by the case and sell them individually. The twist bags are already labeled with a retail price. The tubs do not have a price listed on the label. We can also individually package any bulk case that you wish (subject to certain MOQ’s).  

 

Is it possible to pick up my order? 

 

Yes, you can pick up your wholesale order at 1925 W Main St, Ephrata Pa. If you pay with cash or PA check and your order total is $300 or more you will receive an additional discount. Our business hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm. We generally require a 4-hour lead time once the order is placed. 

 

What type of payments do you accept for orders that are shipped? 

 

We accept all major credit cards, or ACH/wire transfer. Business credit can be requested by completing a credit application.  The business credit process can take up to 2 weeks to be completed. 

 

What type of shipping methods do you use?

 

We have many shipping options.  We have our own fleet of temperature-controlled trucks that deliver to specific routes within 22 states. We can ship your order via FedEx or UPS. We also ship via common carrier in both LTL and FTL volumes. 

 

What is the difference between tempering and non-tempering chocolate?

 

Here at Weaver Nut, we carry both tempering chocolate and non-tempering coatings.  The main difference between the two is that tempering chocolate has a cacao fat base, whereas the non-tempering coating displace the cacao fat with an oil-based fat, such as palm oil.  Tempering chocolates require additional techniques/equipment to ensure proper set up of the product’s beta 6 crystals.  Non-tempering coatings are generally easier to work with and require less technique and equipment to ensure a properly set end product.  If you have additional questions about either of these types of products, please reach out to our sales team and we would be happy to assist you further! 

 

What is your return policy? 

 

All products that are shipped from our warehouse are guaranteed fresh and sale-able. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product we will arrange for pick-up of the product.  Notify our Customer Service Dept within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. All items should be free and clear of markings.  Upon arrival and approval from our warehouse your account will be credited. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless there is an error on our part.  Special orders and seasonal products are non-returnable.
