Level 1 Beginners: Monday, April 11, 2016 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM one day (No prior knowledge required)
Level 2 Intermediate: Monday & Tuesday, June 6 - 7, 2016 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM two days (Some basic knowledge required)
Level 3 Advanced: Monday & Tuesday, May 16 - 17, 2016 9:00 AM to -5:00 PM two days (experienced candy makers - chocolatiers)
